Rates and conditions
You rent the whole estate at a nightly rate, cook for yourselves and pay for electricity, water and heating oil according to actual consumption. No flat fee that nobody can check afterwards.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Binding prices are quoted by Novasol for your chosen dates.

A week in the low season therefore comes to 1,260 euros base rent, and 1,890 euros in the high season.

Consumption
Meters are read on arrival and on departure. You pay for what you have used and get the rest back.

In winter heating oil weighs far more heavily than in summer. The pool runs at 24 to 26 degrees all year and is included in the consumption.

The utilities advance is a prepayment. If actual consumption is lower, you get the difference back. In winter it can be higher. The 150 euro deposit is not included here because it is refunded.

From enquiry to key
1. Enquiry
You give the dates, the number of people and the occasion. We check availability and come back with a firm price.
2. Booking
You receive a rental contract with all conditions. The deposit payment reserves the week for you.
3. Arrival
Keys are handed over on site, meters are read together, deposit and cleaning fall due.
4. Departure
Reading, settling, handover. The deposit is back in your account within 14 days.

Wie viele Personen finden im Herrenhaus Lübbenow Platz?
Das Haus ist für bis zu 34 Gäste ausgelegt. Dafür stehen 17 Schlafzimmer und 13 Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Zwei Kinderbetten und zwei Hochstühle gehören kostenfrei zur Ausstattung.
Kann man einzelne Zimmer buchen?
Nein. Das Anwesen wird ausschließlich komplett vergeben. Während Ihres Aufenthalts sind keine anderen Gäste auf dem Gelände, weder im Haus noch im Park, in der Sporthalle oder am Pool.
Was kostet die Miete?
Der Grundpreis liegt saisonabhängig zwischen 180 und 270 Euro pro Nacht für das gesamte Anwesen. Für sieben Nächte sind das 1.260 bis 1.890 Euro. Dazu kommen Verbrauchskosten für Strom, Wasser und Heizöl sowie die Endreinigung.
Gibt es einen Mindestaufenthalt?
Mindestaufenthalt und Anreisetag hängen vom Zeitraum ab und werden bei der Buchung über NOVASOL angezeigt. An Sonn- und Feiertagen ist keine Anreise möglich.
Ist Verpflegung inbegriffen?
Nein, das Haus wird als Selbstversorgerobjekt vermietet. Die Großküche im Erdgeschoss ist auf große Gruppen ausgelegt. Für Feste vermitteln wir Catering aus der Region.
Kann man im Herrenhaus heiraten?
Ja. Das Haus ist eine eingetragene Außenstelle des Standesamts Uckerland, weil die Gemeindeverwaltung ihren Sitz im Gebäude hat. Getraut wird im Haus, gefeiert wird anschließend im Festsaal. Für eine kirchliche Trauung liegt die neugotische Kirche in Wolfshagen rund zehn Kilometer entfernt.
Sind Hunde erlaubt?
Ein bis zwei Haustiere reisen kostenfrei mit. Ab dem dritten Tier wird einmalig eine Pauschale von 75 Euro pro Aufenthalt berechnet.
Kann ich mein eigenes Pferd mitbringen?
Auf Anfrage ja. Der Pferdehof Dörk liegt in direkter Nachbarschaft und stellt gegen eine geringe Gebühr Boxen zur Verfügung.
Gibt es WLAN?
Im gesamten Herrenhaus, kostenfrei. Für Seminare und Workshops reicht die Verbindung aus.
Wie weit ist es bis zur nächsten Stadt?
Pasewalk liegt 13 Kilometer entfernt, die Kreisstadt Prenzlau 25 Kilometer. Nach Stettin sind es rund 45 Autominuten.
